Here is a summary of the most notable competitions I have set, workshops I have attended, and courses I have delivered.
The Belgian Boulder Cup in Mons was also the occasion to inaugurate Face Nord's new bouldering wall. I worked alongside Dutch head setter Max Deelen on a full set of boulders for senior national-level athletes.
This was the third edition of the Brussels Boulder Battle, an open and fair-play competition series that brings together climbers from Brussels bouldering gyms, and the first year with a round hosted at New Rock.
I had the opportunity to follow a workshop given by Alexander Lemel and Gracie Martin from The Movement. This two-day seminar on "Aesthetics – How to Level Up Your Lines Visually" and "Keeping Things Fresh – For Commercial Setting" was a great source of inspiration and reflection, pushing me to rethink my approach to visual design, creativity, and long-term setting strategies in commercial gyms.
It was my first Belgian championship and the final stage of my training to become a Belgian National Routesetter. We had the opportunity to set for international level climbers such as Hannes van Duysen, Chloe Caulier or Nicolas Collin.
